We provide high-quality services that are inclusive and culturally sensitive to the identities, needs, and experiences of all BU students. When you need to make an appointment, refill a prescription, ask for medical advice, or request other services, Patient Connect will be your online portal for those tasks and others. Be sure you're up-to-date with your immunizations to avoid compliance issues. Students can get required immunizations right on campus at our clinics on 9/3, 9/4, 9/5, 9/11, & 9/12, 9am - 3pm each day. Open to all BU students. Required MMR, TDAP, Meningitis (ACWY), Hepatitis B, Varicella, and optional HPV vaccines available. An appointment is recommended, but walk-ins are accepted. Book your appointment at https://patientconnect.bu.edu (link in profile). Free for students with SHIP. Non-SHIP students will be charged for the cost of the vaccine(s) received and receive a copy of their receipt through Patient Connect to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.

As a program assistant, you'll create plain language health communications, support SHS social media accounts, and create engaging content to promote health & wellness resources and events.

Interested? Applicants will be asked to submit a portfolio with any applicable design, social media, or written work. Work study preferred but not required. Priority application deadline: August 4th. Temperatures will be in the 90s with high humidity making it feel even warmer. Stay safe in the heat by drinking plenty of water, keeping cool indoors with fans and/or air conditioning, and avoiding being outside when temperatures are at their hottest. โ˜€๏ธ

We are hiring for multiple graduate positions at Health Promotion & Prevention and SARP! These roles require approximately 15 hours per week beginning in August 2025 and ending in May 2026, with the potential to extend to the following academic year. The pay rate is $17.50 per hour.
