Carbs are not the enemy.

Your brain runs on carbohydrates. It is the only fuel source it can use. Eliminating them entirely is not discipline, it is deprivation.

The real question is never “should I eat carbs?”

It is “what is the fiber content of this carbohydrate?”

If the fiber has been stripped, strip it from your plate.
If it is whole and fibrous, it belongs there.

Every meal. A little healthy carb. Balance is the medicine.
