Dr. Monica O’Neal is a Harvard trained Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Relationship Specialist, Media Consultant, writer and Lecturer in Harvard Medical School. She completed her schooling at various prestigious institutions in the East Coast including: The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, The George Washington University, and Harvard Medical School. Her professional training includes
experience with individual, group, and family psychotheraphy in various outpatient, university, community, and emergency settings. She has 13 years of direct clinical experience and maintains a private practice in the Back Bay in Boston. Popularly known as Dr. Monica, she specializes in the treatment of adults with anxiety, depression, binge-eating disorders and body image, trauma, women’s issues, multicultural issues, relationship challenges and interpersonal conflicts. When she isn’t at her clinical practice, she teaches as a Lecturer in Harvard’s Medical School and has previously served 4 years as a Staff Psychologist with Harvard University’s Health Services. Aside from her private practice and teaching experiences, Dr. Monica acts as a Media Consultant offering her clinical expertise.
