Day 6 | Stress Management

Stress is part of life, but how you respond can change everything.

✅ Try healthy ways to unwind: deep breathing, journaling, or connecting with others.
✅ Get creative: listen to music, dance, laugh, or explore a hobby.
🚫 Limit alcohol, caffeine, and screen time that adds to your stress.

🎯 Set a SMART Stress Goal:
Try: “I will write in my gratitude journal for 10 minutes, three times this week.”

✨ Pro tip: Not all stress is bad! Some stress can motivate, but chronic stress (distress) can harm your health. Learn your triggers, shift your mindset, and focus on what you can control.
