I love this, and I know this is true for me; I tend to play small and don't allow myself to show up powerfully because I am afraid to step into my true authentic self. Perhaps I am so scared that you might not like me or that I don't live up to what you think I should be. These thoughts and feelings are holding me back from joy, and that's not serving anyone.
I heard someone say that when you try and please everyone, you please no one in the process. So today, I am committing to removing negative thinking, and I will stop holding myself back. Allow me to experience success without sabotaging the process. I deserve better, and so do the people in my life. Several people have helped me get to this place over the last year; thank you.
Let's all resolve to be our true authentic selves - and that starts with loving who I am at this very moment.
