Daniel Driscoll-Neponset Health Center provides medical and behavioral healthcare to patients of all ages. Free parking and MBTA bus accessible.

Specialty services including pediatrics, pediatric dental, and women's health are also available. NHC patients have access to Adult & Family Medicine, Pediatric & Adolescent Health, Behavioral Health, Retail & Clinical Pharmacy, HIV Services, Laboratory, Nutrition Counseling, Podiatry, Optometry, Women’s Health, OB/GYN, Social and Medical Interpreter Services, Food Pantry and Employee Health and Wellness.

Call the health center at (617) 282-3200 to make an appointment! We also have a pharmacy right at the health center so you can pick up any prescriptions you need in the same place, no need to make an extra stop. LOOKING FOR A NEW PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER? DID YOU KNOW that our pharmacy is open to everyone? You do not have to be a patient at the health center to get your prescriptions filled there!! With so many of our neighbors looking for help with food, the Food Pantry at Harbor Health is once again working hard to fill 300 Thanksgiving grocery bags with a variety of dry goods, canned goods, and other items for holiday meals. Getting enough nutritious food is essential to our overall health and well-being. Yet according to The Greater Boston Food Bank, 1 in 3 Massachusetts adults reported household food insecurity. The Food Pantry at Harbor Health makes it easier for individuals and families to get the healthy food they need in the communities served by Harbor Health’s community health centers and Harbor Health PACE. And thanks to generous donations from organizations, businesses, and individuals, we distributed over 305,000 pounds of healthy, nutritious food in 2024 – the most distributed in our food pantry’s 30+-year history!!
