The seasonal shift from summer to Autumn is a time of transformation. Chinese medicine calls it the metal season. The season of the Lung + Large Intestine. This is the time of year to nourish and prepare for the cooler months. The months that ask us to warm, tonify + rest.

I always get a look of confusion when I start needling a new patients hands and they then remind me “the pain is in my back” (or insert any other body part but the hand). Then, with a smile, I assure them I am in fact treating their back. Using distal points and working along the channels to treat pain is my favorite trick. Works like a charm every, single, TIME.
Come in. Any pain, any complaint- we got you. You can come in a skeptic even. I promise, you’ll leave happy.
