The Rogerson House annual plant sale was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who showed your support by purchasing a plant or spreading the word! We hope these plants bring you blossoms and fruits of joy this summer 🌱🍅🫑🍆🌻🌷

A special event rooted in healing, growth, and community, each plant available for purchase was lovingly started from seed and nurtured by the residents in our memory support assisted living through our therapeutic gardening program. All proceeds to benefit the continued therapeutic programs at Rogerson House.

Congratulations Marleine on being RH’s Employee of the Month!

Marleine is a cherished Care Partner who has served the Rogerson community for over 12 years! Marleine’s colleagues commend her for her fierce advocacy of the residents she cares for as well as her team members who she treats like family. Marleine is thoughtful, caring, and thinks creatively and proactively in challenging situations to best meet the needs of the residents she serves. Thank you, Marleine!

A sneak peek of some of the inspiring work you’ll see this weekend at Rogerson House for JP Open Studios! Come by on Saturday from 11am-2pm to catch our block party fundraiser and join us in the fight against Alzheimer’s - we’ll be here rain or shine!

All artwork created by Rogerson House residents who are living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Our expressive arts program is one of the ways our residents are able to find agency, success and joy through creative mediums. You can find us at 434 Jamaicaway, #43 on the JPOS map!

The Block Party is back on and we need your help to spread the word! Please share our event with friends and family to help make our fundraiser for The Alzheimer’s Association a success. We hope to see you there!

EVENT UPDATE: Friends, families and neighbors, we are sorry to tell you all that we have cancelled our Block Party scheduled for this weekend. The weather sadly was not on our side on either day! Our team had worked extremely hard to make this happen and we are now working to find another way to incorporate the raffle and other events into the coming weeks. More information to follow soon!

Thank you to all who planned to attend and to our generous community partners who donated gifts for our raffle to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. The rain may have cancelled our event, but it won’t stop us from reaching our goals and leaving an impact! Stay tuned! 💜💪
