Today marks the shortest day of the year—a moment of stillness in the dark.

But here’s the magic: from now, the light begins to return, growing stronger with each day.

This morning, on my favorite walkway, I reflected on this transition.

Just like in yoga, we’re reminded to embrace the shifting landscapes—our bodies, our emotions, and the world around us.
