I am a certified and licensed, professional massage therapist with over twelve years experience, trained at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy's 1000-hour program. I come to massage therapy with a background in dance and movement, fascinated with the way the body works and how to live in our bodies more efficiently, expressively, and pain free! I focus my practice on deep tissue, therapeutic massage (drawing from Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage techniques) that stop pain patterns while incorporating elements of Yoga, Shiatsu, stretching, breathe work, and somatic education for a relaxing, holistic treatment. I have had success helping clients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as plantar fasciitis, thoracic outlet syndrome, migraines, iliotibial band issues, and low back pain. I have worked with pregnant women, Olympic runners, professional musicians and dancers, cyclists, and people that sit at desks all day.
