Congrats again Nu and the entire Upham’s transportation team. So proud of your recognition and how you embody the PACE mission!
Upham's Corner Health Center PACE celebrates our dedicated drivers this September for . Drivers such as Nu, who go the extra mile to motivate patients to attend appointments they otherwise would cancel. Nu uses his attentiveness and care—promising to take the shortest route, take it easy on the potholes and seat the participant as close to the driver’s seat as possible, ensuring the most comfortable ride
Nu views working at PACE as a privilege because of the environment and the people—participants and staff alike. “Nu’s temperament makes him the perfect IDT team member” and “He is the mission of PACE. PACE should require every new employee to ride with Nu.”, Upham's staff comment. His appeal comes through in his humility, empathy, and understated humor, and he has a special ability to diffuse most challenging situations with patience, calmness, or with humor.
