We collaborate with other organizations to connect patients with a comprehensive range of services and continuity of care, and cultivate these partnerships to meet the changing needs of patients and our community. We value caring for everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion, reducing cultural, financial and other barriers to care, and eliminating health care disparities for our patients. We also advocate for the needs of our patients, the community, and public health causes.

In response to the recent government shutdown and the interruption of SNAP benefits, CRCH staff at both our Waltham and Brighton locations stepped up to organize a food drive to provide food assistance to patients and community members in need. A few items or a bag, it all makes a difference. We are also committing $500+ per week of Charles River funds to provide staples to complement the donations that staff have made.
