Oregon healthcare professionals now have two new ways to meet their cultural competency training requirement with Quality Interactions!

We're excited to announce that two more of our courses are now officially approved by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to meet the state mandate. The newly approved courses are:

👉 Disability Awareness & Person-Centered Care (1 CE): Learn how to provide informed, inclusive care for patients with disabilities, improving communication and accessibility.

👉 High-Quality Care for Individuals with Limited English Proficiency (1 CE): Gain essential skills to communicate effectively with patients with limited English proficiency and ensure compliance with language access laws.

These online, self-paced courses provide practical, evidence-based training designed by healthcare and health equity experts. They also support compliance with ADA and language access regulations, helping providers deliver equitable, high-quality care for all Oregonians.
