Rehab consists of body weight and movements that support and adjust your form, foundation and stability. This challenge focuses on building core strength, stability, and mobility in your major joints. Upon completing you will be able to lift heavier, move faster and stand taller.
How it works:
▪️Each exercise should be performed for 1 minute, you can break this into smaller timeframes to achieve this goal
▪️Each day of the month represents the amount of workouts you have learned, Day 3 = 3 Moves, you can repeat moves if other are challenging to complete
▪️Keep this fun by staying curious and open to the information you receive about your body
