I am working towards a Healthcare Management career. I was inspired by this after working with Kathleen Pena and Jenny Montague of JVS in the WFD Professional development Pathway.

𝐈𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮?
What stands out to me mostly was our weekly meetings with Kathleen and Jenny, where they were able to provide us with coaching tips that helped us with developing practical strategies to refine existing skills and career goals. We were taught how to boost our confidence and take actionable steps towards career planning and life learning.

Also, the informational interview that I was able to be part of, helped me with networking with leaderships in other departments and boost my confidence regarding actual interviews.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐨𝐟?
I received a job offer. I am currently in the process of enrolling in the Duet program at SNHU to complete my bachelor's in business/healthcare management

𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐞?
Stop getting in your own way! Stop procrastinating.
