Planning your own rehab protocol and fitness can be extremely confusing. Luckily for you, our team of professionals are here to help. Whether you’re going out for a long run, big hike, or just trying to walk without pain ensure that your gait cycle is stable is extremely important.

Single let stability is a BIG part of this. Most people don’t prioritize strength training, and especially for the lower body. And if they do, they just mixing in some squats.

Struggling with headaches? 🤕 Then this is for you …

Headaches can be such a vicious cycle. You try to avoid triggers, use pain relievers, your headache is relieved temporarily, but then it inevitably pops back up (and usually at the most inconvenient times - am I right?). But what if we told you that you didn’t have to live with them!

Our Ripple Physical Therapists use manual therapy and techniques, such as dry needling to help relieve headaches once and for all.

Being on your phone or stuck to a computer for work is not inherently bad. Not allowing yourself to have a break for moving, now thats a different story.

We’ve all been there. We wait until we are injured to diagnose and treat the root cause of pain.

What if we told you there was a better way?
