At Central Boston Elder Services, Inc. our goal is to connect you to care. As the largest Aging Service Access Point in the commonwealth of Massachusetts, we strive to provide exceptional service to elders, the disabled and their caregivers. Our services are designed to enable our clients to live independent and active lives in their own homes.
Connecting you to Care
Programs and services are offered to help seniors remain self-sufficient and are available to the following Boston neighborhoods: Allston, Brighton, Back Bay, Fenway, Mission Hill, North Dorchester, North Jamaica Plain, South End and Roxbury. Eligibility is based on your age, income and need, however most of our clients qualify to receive services at little to no out of pocket cost.
In collaboration with our team of nurses, care managers and providers, we customize a care plan specifically geared to your needs. Our dedicated staff are highly trained and experienced in elder care.
At Central Boston Elder Services diversity is our driving force for care. We make great efforts in providing opportunities not only to all our clients but also in our wonderful caring staff who come from all walks of life. In addition to English, our staff is fluent in Russian, French, Vietnamese, Haitian Creole, Mandarin, Cantonese, Somali, Portuguese, Cape Verdean and Hindi.

We value community partnerships and collaborate with local private and non-profit institutions to provide comprehensive care in the Greater Boston area.
For more than 35 years we have fostered a network of relationships making Central Boston Elder Services a household name in eldercare. Our programs and services remain the foundation of daily living for elders, the disabled and their families. Through this network, we enhance the cross-cultural experience of our clients.

The mission of Central Boston Elder Services is to provide high quality, responsive, supportive services and programs to the elderly and the disabled in need of health and human services. Central Boston Elder Services seeks in its philosophy to provide services in a manner which reinforces dignity and worth of the individuals and also acknowledges and respects cultural sensitivity, gender and other differences, while serving the community with vision and integrity. We are committed to partnering with families, caregivers and community entities that embrace the philosophy and our mission to reduce social, economic and health disparities.
