"I first joined IEDLI as part of my UBC-Harvard leadership fellowship through Brigham and Women’s Hospital, completing several courses toward my certificate. But even after receiving the certificate, I found myself coming back. The depth of insight, global perspectives, and real-world frameworks kept drawing me in — IEDLI became a place not just for learning, but for evolving.
It shaped how I approach emergency medicine leadership today — from system-level redesigns to smart hospital innovation. IEDLI helped me move from thinking about leadership as a role to seeing it as a practice rooted in design, communication, and culture.
