May is Children’s Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Before I become “Dr. Childs,” I was once a little girl with big dreams, questions, fears, and hopes—just like so many children today. This season, I’m reflecting on the lessons I would teach my younger self: to believe in your voice, protect your peace, ask for help, and never let setbacks define your future.

These are the same lessons I hope to share with my future patients and with every child learning that their feelings matter and their dreams are valid.

This post is also a special sneak peek into my upcoming launch 👀✨ A project created to inspire young dreamers to turn sour moments into sweet victories.
