These dilation pumpkins are the scariest thing I’ve seen all night. 🎃🙀 🤣

It was set up by midwives at the Royal Oldham Hospital in Lancashire, England as part of a pumpkin decorating competition.

A doula is someone who can support a birthing person before, during, and after labor. We provide education, continuous care,as well as physical and emotional support to the family. Doulas do not deliver the baby but we are trained to understand your wishes and advocate for you so you can focus on the work ahead.

Personally, I love skincare and makeup! My kids get mad at me when they see me preparing a full face of makeup just to sit in my room lol. Its my mindfulness exercise!

I've personally experienced many women within childbearing age that don't know much about their own anatomy, let alone the process of pregnancy and childbirth. I am working on providing accessible options for women to learn. When you know your body, you can trust your body to do what it has been created to do!
