Replace w/Flyer: A lot of young people grow up dealing with things that are really hard — things they didn’t choose and can’t control. Some have parents who are stressed, emotionally distant, struggling with mental health challenges, or dealing with financial or housing problems. Others experience harsh discipline, bullying, family arguments, or even violence at home. On top of that, many youth face challenges in dating, friendships, school, work, money, or health. These pressures can feel overwhelming. When life gets heavy, it’s easy to turn to phones, social media, va**ng, or other substances to cope. But these things don’t fix the pain — they usually make the stress, conflict, and confusion even worse. You deserve real support, real tools, and real understanding. You are not alone.
