For guys on T.R.T (Cyp or Enan) administering 2x times per week:

You’re not really hitting a dramatic “full trough” the way someone administering once weekly might because your peaks and troughs overlap.

The bigger issue is usually testing TOO close to your shot and accidentally catching the faster-rising portion of the curve, where levels can shift more dramatically.

That’s why many protocols aim for the more steady, stable middle-to-later portion of the post-peak window instead of immediately after administering.

The goal isn’t chasing the highest lab number.

It’s getting data that more accurately reflects your typical exposure over time.

🏃‍♂️ The impatient sprinter pushes harder every time he sees something wrong with his body or the scale.

Sleep crashes.📉
Skin breaks out from pushing gear harder. ⚙️
Nutrition adherence drops.🍟
Recovery tanks. 😴

Then he disappears from the gym for 3 weeks trying to recover from the mess he created. 👀

But there’s also risk in being too conservative. 🐌

Some guys avoid advanced protocols trying to eliminate all danger…
while ignoring the risk of spinning their wheels for years, getting frustrated, and not reaching the physique they actually want. ❌

The goal isn’t “more at all costs.” ❌
It’s understanding the trade-offs, minimizing risk, and moving forward intentionally instead of emotionally.✅

A lot of guys think optimization means:
more comp0un.ds
more milligra.ms
more “hardcore”🫵🏻

But if your blood pressure spikes, your sleep tanks, your skin explodes, your cardio disappears, your anxiety goes up, and your labs drift out of range… was that actually optimized?👀

The goal isn’t to survive the cycle. ❌

The goal is to create the best possible outcome with the least unnecessary damage. ✅

Sometimes the smartest move is adding something. ➕
Sometimes it’s removing something. ➖
Sometimes it’s lowering the dos3 and fixing the real bottleneck instead. 🍾

More isn’t automatically better. ❌
Better is better. ✅
