Tomorrow night members of the Me2 Chorus will perform for patients and staff at McLean Hospital, one of the nation’s most respected psychiatric treatment centers. This performance represents our commitment to bringing music, beauty and community to places where people might be self-stigmatizing. We look forward to sharing music and conversation with the audience at McLean.

This is a Stigma-Free Zone.

When your rehearsal space doubles as a theater space in December, sometimes it appears as if the violins are playing in a quaint alpine village.

This is still a Stigma-Free Zone.

Today’s the day! If you’re in the Northeast, it’s a sloppy day, likely with some mix of rain, snow and perhaps some sleet. Our advice? Stay inside and experience the joy of giving!

In all seriousness, your generosity helps us keep Me2 ensembles FREE for every musician who participates, and allows us to present free concerts throughout the year. Every gift - whether it’s $10 or $100 - makes a difference.

Thanks to the Weaver Challenge, all first-time gifts are being matched! And if you are already a Me2 donor and you increase the amount over your last gift, that increase will be matched.

Please head over to me2music.org and make your tax-deductible gift today. Thank you for keeping our Me2 musical community free for everyone!

Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday! Please keep in mind that any first-time donations to Me2 will be matched 1:1. Also, if you increase the amount of your gift over last year’s gift, that amount will also be matched! Huge thanks to the Delores Weaver Fund at the Community Foundation of Northeast Florida for this generosity.

It’s easy to give: just visit me2music.org and click on our “Make a Gift” page.

About Me2/ (“me, too”)

Me2/ is the world's only classical music organization created for individuals with mental illnesses and the people who support them. We currently host two full orchestras in Burlington, VT and Boston, MA; an affiliate program in Portland, OR; and a flute ensemble in Boston, MA. We perform in concert halls as well as non-traditional venues including hospitals, prisons and rehabilitation centers. Our mission is to erase the stigma surrounding mental illness through supportive rehearsals and inspiring performances.
