Hi friends! I’m glad you’re here.
My name is Cait, and I’m a coach and pelvic health therapist specializing in chronic pelvic pain.
After years treating folks with complex conditions, I realized traditional models of care weren’t working. I created Embodied Resilience, a coaching framework based in pain neuroscience and somatic integration, to support clients with tools that work for life.
The Embodied Resilience approach isn’t a protocol or a quick fix. It’s a facilitation of creating a communicative and responsive relationship with your body and finding foundations of safety so that you can move towards activities you that you find challenging.

More about me: I’m a q***r mom of twins, the Hudson Valley is my forever heart home, and I love fermenting things. I also have a highly sensitive body and practice what I preach. It has radically changed my life.
