Residents competed all week long in different events of skill, knowledge, and games. We concluded the week with field day style events between East & West residents, and a game of beach volleyball between associates & managers. 🏓🪓🏀🌽🧲🏖️🏐

On August 6, 1962, Jamaica became an Independent Nation. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

August 6th at COTB our Jamaican Associates pulled out all the stops to cook for & throw a Jamaican Independence Day potluck! Courtesy of RCA Chefs Elaine & Shakerah, we were able to try the national Dish of Jamaica, ackee and salt fish; as well as, bbq pigs tails, black beans & rice, fried plantain, curry goat, festivals, jerk chicken, salad, rum cake, & more!
