When people connect with me , they insist on knowing where I am located or where I was raised so they can have an understanding about me and my thinking, but here is the thing:

Even though I am from Boston, Ma and hold an American passport, I don’t truly connect with American culture. I move through a different internal landscape , shaped by multiple cultures, countries, languages, and experiences.

The funniest and most accurate way I can describe it is this:

I’m as different from a Boston person as cheese is from ketchup.
Same fridge. Same world.
Completely different nature.

And that’s okay. 🌍

I know this might intimidate some people , and that’s okay.
If my clarity or life experience feels intense to somebody,, that’s not my intention, but it’s also not my responsibility to shrink myself.

I love people.
I’m open to connection.
And if somebody wants to talk to me despite feeling a little overwhelmed at first, that’s beautiful.

If somebody says ‘you scare me’ or ‘you feel intense,’ that’s their perception ,not a reflection of who I am.

I’m not here to frighten anybody .
I’m simply here to be myself, unapologetically.

Those who are meant to understand me will.

This is related to my earlier post 🙏

People tell me I can’t do healing work on people unless I have done shadow work .
For me, life itself was shadow work.

I grew up seeing things ,and experiencing things — that most people never encounter in their entire lives. I didn’t have the luxury of avoiding the darkness or hiding from the truth. I had to face it head-on from a young age.

So when people suggest I ‘do shadow work,’ it always feels a little misplaced.
Not because I think I’m above it ,but because I’ve already lived through the parts they’re trying to imagine.

I’ve seen the best and the worst of people.
I’ve seen kindness and cruelty side-by-side.
I’ve seen what breaks a person, and I’ve also learned what keeps a person whole.

I don’t see the world through pink glasses, and I don’t need to pretend that everything is beautiful to appreciate what truly is. The trauma I experienced didn’t destroy me ,it shaped my perception, my intuition, and my ability to help other people navigate their own darkness.

I don’t need shadow work.
I am the result of shadow work that life forced on me.

And because of that, I can help others walk through their own shadows without being overwhelmed by it.

🌿 There are moments in life when you must humble yourself.

Not out of submission, but out of understanding.
Humility is not the absence of strength, it is the awareness that true strength needs no display.

When you humble yourself, you align with truth rather than pride.
You recognize that wisdom flows not from control, but from clarity.

In the quiet of humility, the soul expands, and in that expansion, life reveals its deeper meaning. ✨

The Right to Know

There are truths we are told to fear.
Truths that others hide behind love,
calling their silence protection.
But protection without choice
is only another form of control.

I have known a father who wounded more than he loved.
I remember his cruelty like an old photograph —
edges frayed, colors fading,
but the image still there.
And yet, I do not wish to unsee it.
Knowledge, even when it burns,
has its own strange mercy.

To know is to walk through fire
and find your own breath on the other side.
To know is to say:
You cannot frighten me with what already lives in my memory.

This is why I believe —
no one has the right to decide
what truth another soul can face.
Not family.
Not government.
Not those who love with fear in their hearts.

Let the child, the grown one, the seeking one
say for themselves:
I am ready to know,
or not yet,
or never.
Each path is sacred.
Each decision, its own kind of bravery.

We cannot protect each other from every darkness.
We can only prepare one another
to walk with our eyes open.

And when we meet what was hidden —
the cruel, the broken, the unbearable —
we learn that truth does not always heal,
but it always frees.

It takes something from us, yes —
but in return it gives us sight.

And from sight,
we begin again.

🕊️ The Philosophy of Peer Pressure

Two simple stories from childhood reveal something profound about human nature.

The first is Simon Says.
A teacher gives commands — “Simon says lift your arms, Simon says scratch your head” — and the children obey without thought.
It’s a harmless game, yet beneath it lies a truth that echoes into adulthood: we are conditioned to follow instructions, to imitate, to belong.

The second is The King’s New Clothes.
A king parades through the city in invisible garments, deceived by flattery and fear.
The courtiers applaud, the people pretend, and only a child dares to speak the truth:
“The king is naked.”

Both stories are mirrors of our time.
In modern society, “Simon” is no longer a person — it’s the collective voice of social trends, opinions, and expectations.
The invisible robes are the illusions we wear to appear wise, moral, or successful.

And yet, the essence of discernment lies not in following or pretending, but in perceiving.
To see clearly when others copy blindly.
To speak truth when silence feels safer.
To remember that intelligence without authenticity becomes imitation, and conformity without reflection becomes deceit.

The true philosopher, like the child, does not play the game.
They simply see — and in seeing, they restore the dignity of truth.

🌿 The Vanishing Art of Discernment 🌿

There was a time when intellect and decency walked hand in hand.
When being educated meant being measured — when to know more also meant to judge less.

I remember the diplomats, the doctors, the professors, the quiet elegance of those who understood that truth must be examined, not assumed. They didn’t rush to condemn. They paused. They verified. They allowed room for grace.

Today, I see a strange paradox , more information, but less understanding.
More opinions, but fewer questions.
People believe the loudest voice, not the truest one.
And even among those who hold degrees or titles, discernment ,that sacred compass of the soul ,seems to have dimmed.

It’s as if society has traded wisdom for speed.
But truth, like light, cannot be rushed.
It requires patience, silence, and the courage to see beyond appearances.

Perhaps the most educated thing we can do today… is to remember how to think with the heart and feel with the mind.

✨ Discernment is not old-fashioned ,it is timeless. ✨
