-MD/DO who is BC/BE in FM/IM
-Guaranteed Salary for an employed position, profit sharing option available
-Full benefits: Medical insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K with match
-Lots of autonomy with scheduling
-Call done from home is evenly split among providers, 0-10 texts/calls per night mainly during the hours of 5-7pm.
-Patient panel at office is predominantly adults. Full patient panel is 600 patients, 50 patients already on a waitlist for the medical practice.
-significant proportion of patients are: LGBTQ+, Brazilian (Physicians who have Portuguese fluency is a major plus), Athletes
-Interests in discussing exercise, nutrition, stress management and sleep with patients a plus.
-Even though BDH does aesthetics, new provider does not need to have any interests or desires to do any aesthetic treatments.
BDH modernizes primary care by utilizing the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. BDH specializes in comprehensive preventative care, integrating functional medicine with traditional allopathic medicine, sexual health, and aesthetic medicine. BDH believes that comprehensive preventative care is the key to long-term health. Due to our direct primary care model, we are able to spend more time looking into a patient’s nutritional habits, day-to- day stressors, sleep habits, exercise and health metrics, bloodwork, and provide most office-based medical procedures as well as an array of aesthetic services.
