Our Story

SOAR, Speaking Out for Addiction Recovery, created this page to highlight Massachusetts recovery community organizations (RCOs) and the vital work they are doing to help people achieve recovery. What do we mean by an RCO? We mean a wide range of entities (big, small, formal, and informal) that exist to provide peer to peer recovery supports to those in recovery and their families. SOAR is a project of MOAR which is working to connect recovery community organizations across the state.
