Grip strength and pulling actions aren’t normally addressed in yoga, but Matt is looking for a way to bring more back body strength into the studio.
If this is you, GET A GRIP! With Matt singer. He is offering a workshop using the rope wall to show you how to utilize your body weight to improve your grip strength and pulling movement patterns.
