Using a balanced approach to creating healthy bodies and minds, Cyndi Gonzalez coaches runners, triathletes, collegiate and youth athletes and weekend warriors. She offers powerful yoga classes that help individuals find strength, balance and flexibility in both their physical bodies and in their minds. Cyndi is a 7-time marathoner who relates easily to athletes of all abilities. She has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years, and continues to regularly attend classes and trainings to stay up to date on the latest information and education available.
