Today, the Student Accessibility Services team said a tear filled farewell to Director, Diane Paxton.

For the past 15 years, Diane has been a champion for accessibility across the college and provided support to many students, faculty and staff. You can read more about her legacy in the Emerson Today announcement (link in bio).

Diane gifted our team this beautiful artwork of her award winning quilt and we invite you to come see it in person on the 5th Floor of the Union Bank Building.

Join SAS at the Cultural Center this Friday, March 1st to make sensory / fidget items and learn about disability awareness days observed in March. We’ll be there from 3-5PM so all are welcome to come for a bit or stay awhile. Treats and supplies will be provided!

Join Student Accessibility Services and the Writing and Academic Resource Center for a Welcome Back Chat social meetup. Come to our office to meet with our teams, play some games, and enjoy some hot chocolate, coffee, or tea along with other treats. All are welcome! Masks will be provided and encouraged!

What: Welcome Back Chat with Student Accessibility Services (SAS) and Writing and Academic Resource Center (WARC)

Spring 2024 semester letters are available for request in the SAS Portal
