Some of you know that I own a home care business called Perfect Care Match, besides having a workshop and life coaching program.
Recently, I have not been as active with my coaching practice due to the work I am doing with Perfect Care Match.
We have the most amazing people that work here and one of our most valued caregivers, Beryl, has experienced a significant loss due to the recent hurricane that devasted Jamaica.
Her family has lost everything to Hurricane Melissa and even had one of her family members perish too soon, at 36 years old.
Beryl is always there at her shifts taking care of families that need support. This time, it is her family that needs our support, so I know the Go Fund Me goal says only $900, but I am thinking that we can surpass that and help Beryl's remaining family members in Jamaica rebuild their lives and ease their grief.

Five years ago, I sat down at my computer and officially started the journey to where we are today.

I was all alone at first and then, soon others joined me. As my vision improved, some people came and went and that is ok...I am very grateful for the time that they were here and their contributions to what needed to be done at the time.

Last night, I sat in meditation and thought about how much the amazing team of people that work with me have done together for so many families here at Perfect Care Match.

I thought about the exciting places we are heading and the energy of our team that is making it all happen!

Currently we have around 300 plus employees on our corporate roster offering live-in and hourly care to the entire state of Massachusetts and at the end of 2024, we became a franchisor.

In 2025, we received our license to expand our corporate footprint to provide home care in Maine!

We are going to keep this movement going for sure!

I appreciate each and everyone of those team members that have joined me on this mission to build generational health and wellness within families.

Our team’s focus on quality of life and care, along with positive experiences and independence for the elderly, all while providing support and education to burnt out family members has touched many lives.

I am so honored and proud to be part of this team.

I saw this last night around 11:15 PM. I thought they were stars at first, but then I zoomed in and saw 3 dots in a row and I am not so sure they were stars. Did anyone else see something similar in the sky? Curious to get feedback.

A very close friend and colleague of mine passed away unexpectedly this past week. She was a mother of 5 kids and just married the love of her life 2 and a half months ago. Another colleague set up a Gofundme page. Please consider helping this family out:
