We’re expanding… and our vision is growing with us.🌱

As Willow Wellness continues to grow, we’re opening the door to new connections across Miami, New York, Los Angeles, and Rhode Island.

We’re looking to connect with Nurse Practitioners, Therapists, and Psychiatrists licensed in RI, NY, FL, or CA who feel aligned with a holistic, heart-led approach to mental health and wellness.

Whether you’re interested in joining the team, collaborating, or exploring supervisory opportunities, we’d love to start the conversation.

This next chapter is about community, intention, and creating something meaningful together.

Let’s connect.

Cold weather doesn’t mean slowing down, it means moving with intention. ❄️✨

As temperatures drop, we lean into movement that warms the body, supports circulation, and soothes the mind. Stretching, breathing, and gentle exercise help keep energy flowing and the nervous system regulated, even during the colder seasons.

A gentle reminder: your body still deserves care, flow, and movement all year long. Keep your body warm, your mind grounded, and your wellness a priority, no matter the season.

We’re expanding access to care. 📍
ADHD testing is now available at our Seaport location.

ADHD testing is a structured, evidence-based process designed to better understand attention, focus, and executive functioning. It can provide clarity around experiences such as difficulty concentrating, disorganization, restlessness, feeling overwhelmed, or challenges with task completion.

With greater understanding comes informed care, personalized recommendations, and the ability to make decisions that support your mental well-being.

If you’re curious about whether ADHD testing may be helpful for you, we’re here to support you through the process.

Emotional exhaustion doesn’t always look like burnout.
Sometimes, it shows up quietly, lingering even after rest, time off, or sleep.

These experiences are signals, not failures. They often reflect a nervous system that has been under sustained emotional demand without enough recovery or support.

Emotional exhaustion is not something to push through. It’s something to listen to. With awareness, boundaries, and appropriate support, your capacity can be restored.

If any of these signs resonate, you’re not alone, and help is available. DM us to discuss ways on how we can support you! 🤍

We are still in the first quarter of the year. 🤍

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated, or a little off-center, you’re not behind. You’re human.

Grounding is a gentle way to bring your attention back to the present moment, without trying to fix or change how you feel. Small actions, like noticing your breath, feeling your feet on the floor, or naming what’s around you, can help your nervous system feel a little more supported.

This season is about meeting yourself where you are, not where you think you should be.
Slow is allowed. Presence is enough.

Save this for the days you need to come back to now. 🌿

Valentine’s Day isn’t only about romantic love. 🤍

It can be an emotionally complex time, bringing up feelings of connection, loneliness, grief, joy, reflection, or healing.

Supporting your mental health during this season means recognizing what you need and honoring it without judgment.

Self-love can look like creating intentional space for rest, practicing mindfulness, and choosing activities that help you feel grounded. It also includes nurturing all forms of connection, friendships, family, community, and the relationship you have with yourself.

If emotions feel heavy, reaching out for support is a powerful and healthy step. Taking breaks from social media, slowing down, and setting boundaries can also help protect your peace during a time that often comes with comparison and pressure.

This Valentine’s Day, let love be expansive.

As we move into a new season, we’re not rushing to reinvent ourselves.

We’re choosing to move with intention.

This next chapter at Willow Wellness is about steady growth, deeper understanding, and honoring where you are right now. No pressure to reset overnight and no expectation to have everything figured out.

Just space to learn, reflect, and take care of your mental and emotional well being, one moment at a time.

Wherever this season meets you, you’re welcome here.

2026 here we come!🤍

Happy Thanksgiving from Willow Wellness 🍂

Today, we’re taking a moment to pause, breathe, and reflect on what truly matters, connection, community, and caring for ourselves and one another.

To our clients, partners, and every person who has trusted us with their well-being this year: thank you. Your courage, your vulnerability, your commitment to healing, it inspires us every single day.

As we enter this season of gratitude, we hope you give yourself permission to slow down, rest deeply, and honor the pieces of your journey that often go unnoticed. Healing isn’t always loud… sometimes it’s a quiet shift, a small step, a moment of clarity. And each one matters.

From our Willow Wellness family to yours, we’re grateful for you, today and always. 🤍

Wishing you a grounded, peaceful, and nourishing Thanksgiving.

At Willow Wellness, we have a dedicated team of therapists and nurse practitioners, as well as a curated list of specialists to help support you every step of the way.

A question we get often:
“Should I see a therapist or a nurse practitioner first?”

💬 Therapist
Your go-to for ongoing emotional support and deeper healing. Therapists use a variety of approaches — CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, somatic work, trauma-informed therapy, family systems, and so much more. They help you understand patterns, build coping skills, process trauma, and create meaningful change through consistent weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

🩺 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
Provides comprehensive mental-health evaluations, diagnoses conditions like ADHD, anxiety, or mood disorders, explores medication options when appropriate, and helps you understand the biological + medical side of mental health. They take a nursing lens on mental health care to provide a holistic, whole-person approach — looking at foundational practices alongside clinical needs.
They can offer supportive therapy, but they typically can’t guarantee set times or frequencies, as their primary focus is evaluation, diagnosis, and thoughtful medication management when needed.

✨ Many people benefit from both at different stages — often starting with therapy for emotional support and skill-building, then adding a Psych NP when medication or deeper diagnostic clarity becomes necessary.

Your mental-health journey can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to figure it out alone. We offer a free 10-minute consultation call to help understand your needs and match you with one of our amazing providers.

Your mental-wellness journey should feel clear, supported, and uniquely yours. 💗✨

As the October sun begins to set a little earlier each day, have you noticed a quiet shift in your mood or energy?

You’re not alone.

For many, this seasonal change signals the start of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) — a real, cyclical form of depression tied to light and rhythm. It’s more than a dip in motivation; it’s your body and mind reacting to a new pattern of light and time.

Here are a few less-talked-about ways to support yourself through it:

🌅 Chase natural light creatively. Try working or reading near a bright window, or rearrange your space so morning light hits where you spend time most. Tiny adjustments in your environment can make a real difference.

🧠 Feed your dopamine gently. Pick up small, low-effort joys — rewatch a comfort show, revisit music from a happy season, or use scent (like citrus or pine) to evoke energy.

📓 Track your emotional weather. A mood journal can help you notice patterns tied to daylight, sleep, and habits — empowering you to make adjustments before symptoms deepen.

Be gentle with yourself as the days shorten. Slowing down isn’t failure — it’s a natural rhythm. Your well-being deserves as much attention as the changing light.
