Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston was founded in Boston in 1969 to provide specialized eye care of the highest quality. Over the years OCB expanded its practice to bring the top notch clinical, laser and surgical eye care services OCB is known for in locations that would provide our patients with greater convenience and easier access. OCB now has locations in Boston, Cambridge, Danvers, Framingham Plymouth, Sandwich, Waltham, Wareham, and Yarmouth. Our ophthalmologists and optometrists, along with their highly skilled health care teams, are committed to offering our patients the finest care in a compassionate and comfortable environment. We specialize in the medical, laser and surgical treatment of the full range of eye conditions, including specialty care for cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, cornea and retina care. Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston was founded by three ophthalmologists in Boston in 1969 to provide specialized eye care of the highest quality. Now, 50 years later, OCB is recognized as one of the leading referral eye centers in the United States, dedicated to providing optimal eye care of the highest quality. To make patient visits to OCB as convenient as possible, our practices are located close to our patients for easier access. OCB has locations in Boston, Cambridge, Danvers, Falmouth, Framingham, Plymouth, Sandwich, Waltham, Wareham, and Yarmouth. We are opening are 10th location in Falmouth in Spring 2019. OCB has four surgery centers in Boston, Waltham, Plymouth and Cape Cod. They provide excellent patient care and are cost effective. Our ophthalmologists specialize in the latest medical, laser and surgical treatment for the rull range of eye conditions, including specialty care for cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, cornea and retina care. In addition we offer Lasik, refractive surgery, oculoplastic services and more. Our physicians, along with their highly skilled health care teams, are committed to offering our patients the finest care in a compassionate and comfortable environment.
