The Museum of Fine Arts is now offering a low-sensory space 🤍
It’s designed for neurodivergent visitors—or anyone who needs a quiet break—and includes low lighting, tactile fidgets, bean bag chairs, and noise-reducing headphones.
The room is located off the Rotunda on the first floor. Such a thoughtful addition—curious to hear what others think ✨

Every year BMC holds a Pumpkin Decorating contest! 🎃
This year the Autism Program submitted a pumpkin in the Most Creative category. Our design was inspired by AAC awareness month and features Julia, the autistic character from Sesame Street, complete with her own communication device displaying Halloween-themed icons!
