Legacy isn’t defined by what building you work in…
but by the people you lift along the way.

Two nights ago I finally met in real life at .us after years of following each other online — a true pioneer who changed the way clinics feel and how practitioners show up: authentic, stylish, human.

But what got me wasn’t the hype.
It was the respect.

He looked at me, looked at and said:
“I look up to this guy. He’s a pillar of our profession.”

As two Asian men in wellness, health, and performance, moments like this hit deeper, because we’re not just representing a profession…

…we’re representing a community, a culture, and a generation that didn’t always see people who looked like us in these spaces.

And the timing?
Wild.

Because less than 24 hours before, I had one of the biggest waves of imposter syndrome I’ve felt in a long time.

Questioning my value without a big-name team behind me. (Yes… even I go through this.)

Then the universe sends Vinh.
With validation that went straight to the soul.

GAME RECOGNIZES GAME.

And sometimes game reminds you who you’ve always been.

A reminder for anyone reading this:
You are worthy. Exactly as you are.
