Convenience foods such as packaged and processed foods contain GMO's, additives, preservatives, synthetic colors, flavors and what not. EWG's Dirty dozen list for 2022 is out. I recommend people to eat organic produce. Organic produce contains no pesticides, or chemicals and by default is not GMO(genetically modified organism). If not possible to go all organic with produce, at least avoid the dirty dozen. EWG every year test the foods and revise the dirty dozen list.
Take the ownership over food choices and make informed decision as to what to put in your body. Just a reminder, better quality fuel helps with better body performance (health).
