Thanks to my lovely 30 year old patient who has allowed me to share her liposuction results! 5 months ago she had a procedure that included liposuction to her neck and Radiofrequency with . This procedure was performed under local anesthesia so she was awake for the procedure. She’s thrilled with the results. She loves her new jawline. Despite a healthy lifestyle of excercise and good eating, she’s always been bothered by fullness under her chin and less definition of her jawline. Well, not anymore!! She and I had several good conversations in planning for this procedure. We discussed what to expect for outcomes given her anatomy and also what to expect for the recovery process. She nailed the recovery with being good with her compression wrap and massage of her tissue. She can now enjoy the fruits of her labor!! Thanks again to her for allowing me to share her journey and kind comments and questions are always welcome!!💙 For the record, her weight has stayed the same.😎

This lovely 62 year old young lady was bothered by her previous implants. They were saline, sitting too high on her chest and tight. She had capsular contracture. She and I had several long discussions about her options for revision. She liked the volume of the implants but wanted a softer result and something she felt was more natural. She also was not interested in having the recovery or scars related to a breast lift. A surgical procedure was performed where I removed the previous implants as well as the capsular contracture that was surrounding them. Next, smooth round silicone gel implants were placed above the muscle, also known as sub-glandular. The result is softer breasts that intentionally sit lower on the chest with no capsular contracture. There are a few take home messages from this case. What one patient’s goal is not necessarily the goal of another patient. This patient clearly did not want a breast lift but wanted to have full, softer breasts that sit lower on her chest. The power of laser! This lovely young lady had a full face ablative laser resurfacing procedure done over three months prior. There are multiple improvements in her skin: fine lines, brown spots and texture. To get this result, this patient meticulously cared for her skin during the 10-12 day down time. Was it worth it?? Yes!! Options for ablative laser include Erbium and CO2. Interested in a change of this caliber??

IMPROVED ABDOMEN ALERT!! This lovey 54 year working mom was bothered by her abdomen. She felt gravity and kids took their toll on her! Nine months ago, I performed a full abdominoplasty on her with liposuction to the flanks and tightening of her abdominal wall, aka Diastasis Recti. Here she is now with her new contour. Motivation Monday!! This 18 year old was bothered by his chest. 8 months ago, he had a gynecomastia procedure that combined chest liposuction and a surgical excision of both gland and fat. I was quite impressed by this young man’s self awareness as well as his perseverance in getting his chest treated! His results are fantastic. It is !!! This 52 year old mother of 2 was dissatisfied with her abdominal contour. We discussed all of her options thoroughly and she elected to have an abdominoplasty with diastasis recti repair as well as liposuction to her flanks. Here she is 9 months later. Her weight has stayed fairly stable. She is looking and feeling great! She has been a fantastic patient and deserves this new stage of her life!! Kind comments are always welcome!! 💙
