Hair restoration and hormone balance are more connected than many men realize.

Finasteride can contribute to gynecomastia in some men by altering the androgen/estrogen balance.

Minoxidil is less clearly linked, but there are increasing reports of chest fullness and ni**le tenderness with oral use.

These are two common medications that men take for hair restoration.

If something feels different after starting these medications, don’t ignore it. I recommend speaking to your P*P or a plastic surgeon.

Breast implant illness is something I get asked about more and more. The truth is, it’s complicated, and we’re still learning.

Some patients with implants develop symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, and inflammation. For some of these patients, removing the implants can lead to improvement. 85% of patients feel better when they are removed.

Neck contour is about balance.

Fat, skin, and structure all play a role.

Choosing the right approach is what makes the result look natural.

For some patients, a subtle liposuction procedure can improve contour and shape of the neck and jawline.

Here is one of those patients! She had liposuction with radiofrequency done to improve the neck dullness that bothered her. She now has a more defined neck and jawline.
