Anna Johnson Yoga425 Power Yoga & Yin Yoga are practices that open up possibilities on and off the mat. I am here to help Yoga aims toward transcendence of all those things.

When asked, many people say they do yoga to gain flexibility, strength and even enlightenment. But the truth is that the practice of yoga is not about changing the brain, body, headstands, or even about gaining greater happiness and joy. If it were, it'd be just like taking a spin class or doing a set of lunges at the gym. In a culture in which we rush from one day to the next, constantly trying t

Join us at Wise Studio Yoga + Cycle for a complimentary pre-race yoga class designed specifically to prepare your body (and mind) for race day.

This 60-minute session at 4:00 PM on Saturday, March 7 will focus on mobility, gentle activation, breathwork, and strategic stretching to help you feel loose, strong, and confident at the starting line on March 8. Expect intentional movement to open the hips, lengthen tight muscles, and calm pre-race nerves—without overtaxing your legs.

This event is free for all registered runners of the Woodinville Half Marathon (registration required to attend).

Come move, breathe, and connect with fellow runners as you gear up for a strong race day. We can’t wait to support you!

Why does everyone love yin yoga? So many reasons, here are just a few...
• Mental Reset: It’s often called "needle-less acupuncture" because it targets energy meridians to release emotional tension. 
• Flexibility: It targets the "shrink-wrap" around your muscles (fascia), which is key to long-term mobility as we age.
• The Rebound: After a long hold, the feeling of release (the "rebound") is incredibly relaxing for the nervous system.
