The mantra meditation is part of the transcenental meditation practice. A specific type of meditation technique involving the effortless use of a mantra to quiet the mind and experience a state of restful alertness, often referred to as "transcending" thought. It's distinct from other forms of meditation because it doesn't involve concentration, contemplation, or trying to control thoughts. Instead, the mantra is used as a tool to help the mind settle down and experience deeper levels of awareness.

I am working on this program as we speak. Coming soon! It is a well known fact men are less likely to meditate. Meditation offers numerous benefits for men, including reduced stress and anxiety, improved focus and concentration, enhanced emotional intelligence, and better physical health. It can also promote self-awareness, improve sleep, and potentially even help with male sexual health. The series will focus on the starter steps to entering into meditation. Men bare so much burden in our society and meditation can be tool he can use to bring more personal health, time, and growth into his toolbox. Stay tuned with Buddha for more to come.

This short, but powerful Zen meditation is all about thought recognition and how to become an observer in your mind. Where you can experience a thought without interacting fully. It helps you to sort out the stuff you need and don't. And during meditation that learning of recognizing a thought and going back to the meditation teaches us that.
