We all need a moment really each day and we just don't. Start small, in your office, your car, wherever you can. Find a spot or just stare at this video at your desk and breathe. Deeply take a nice natural expansive breath in, hold it for a couple of seconds, then exhale as though you were blowing out a candle slowly nice and relaxed slow exhale. Do it again, and again, and move on with your day. Connect with you, stop and link inside, check with your body. That's how you build another kind of strength the inner strength you need to complete all of that other living you do.
