About my physical therapy approach to injury / movement restoration:
I take the time to find the “why” behind the injury. I enjoy the exploration to discover and understand the why behind movement dysfunction and addressing the greater foundational issue so you can truly move forward and beyond an injury. My care approach is individualized and, together, we will find a treatment and movement approach that works best for you and your life. About my approach to Bike Fit:
I love helping people who want to ride their bike(s). Often small changes make for a profound impact on positional comfort and improvement of riding tolerance. Being able to ride your bike more comfortably and confidently means you are going to bike more. I want to help you ride your bike more!
