RTM fam! MARCH was a busy month! So let me share a few things:

I started off by running a 10k Hot Chocolate run with the husband (😍 still can’t get over that I have a HUSBAND!) on March 1st.

Then, along with my team of 18, we fundraised over $7,500 in support of Blood Cancer United, and climbed up the Columbia Tower for The Big Climb on March 22nd. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Then, I got to celebrate my 36th turn around the sun on March 25th 🥳 surrounded by the best people and spoiled all day long. 🥰

And finally, on March 29th I ran a Half Marathon for the first time ever (and didn’t die!) 🤩🤩🤩

I am so incredibly grateful for all that was accomplished this month (including making the Deans List for winter quarter!).

I am very much excited for all that April will bring. I have many things to look forward to, many things to be grateful for.

Hi Tribe,

First, I want to say thank you. Thank you for trusting me to care for you, your friends, and your family. The trust you place in me is something I never take for granted, and it’s truly an honor to support your wellness and healing.

When I brought IsaBella onto the team, it was a decision I made thoughtfully and carefully. I wanted to ensure that anyone joining our care circle would bring the same level of intention, skill, and heart to their work.

Today, I’m excited to introduce another therapist whom I trust deeply to provide that same quality of care — each with their own unique strengths and approach.
Please join me in welcoming Kim Chalk to the team!

Kim currently works full-time at a massage clinic in Bothell, but she shares a passion for making care more accessible for those who can’t always make it into an office. She understands the value of meeting clients where they are and is excited to bring that level of care directly to you.

To begin, Kim will be available for in-home appointments starting in April on Thursdays.

And I’m back! The new year was spent in the Caribbean with my kiddos and friends. I’m so grateful for the ability to reset and bring you the best version of myself. I am so excited to see you on this table again. 🥰

As we head into the new year, I wanted to take a moment to say that YOU ARE WORTH THE INVESTMENT!

Yes! You heard me: you are worth the investment. Massage is to the human body what a tune-up is to a car, so if you are doing a good job of keeping your car tuned up, then I really hope you remember to do the same for your body!

Self-care comes in many forms, of course I love the idea of everyone getting a massage, but if you have another way to reset- that counts too!

The point is to shift into the mindset that your body is your vehicle to function daily. It takes you everywhere, you use it 100% of the time every single day. Why wouldn’t you spend time to at least reset to maximize your functionality?!

Sounds crazy to never put gas, change the oil, or take your car to a professional if you notice something is wrong right?! That’s how crazy it sounds to me when someone tells me they’ve never had a massage or never set aside time to practice self-care.

So, as we step into the New Years celebration, and you begin to reflect on what went well, what can be improved on, and what new goals you’d like to focus on in the new year- don’t forget to include SELF-CARE!

Like I tell my students, peers, clients, friends, my kids and even myself: “YOU GOT THIS”, “YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS”, & “I BELIEVE IN YOU!”

Closing out 2025

RTM Tribe,

As we wrap up another year, I can’t help but look back in absolute awe. Redeeming Touch Massage officially turned seven, and we’re now stepping confidently into year eight. For a small, independent business, that’s a HUGE milestone—and one I don’t take lightly. 🥳

Most independent businesses don’t make it past two years, and in the massage world, many therapists leave the field by year five due to burnout and body strain. So being here—stronger, more grounded, and with so much more to give—feels like the biggest blessing. And that blessing exists because of you. 🥰

One of my highlights this year was welcoming IsaBella to join me in my mission to support more families in our community. I won’t call it a “business expansion,” but it is an expansion of access—more hands, more heart, and the same level of nurturing care you’ve come to know. Seeing how many more families we’ve reached (and watching IsaBella crush her goals in her very first month!) has filled me with so much pride and gratitude. 🤩

On the personal side… well, it’s been a big year too (💍👰🏻‍♀️✨).

As always, thank you for being part of this journey with me. I hope you enjoy the little photo-review of my year below—cheers to growth, community, and another beautiful year ahead! 🥂

RTM is Introducing a New Therapist!

Hello RTM Tribe!

You may have noticed… my schedule is jam-packed (all the way into March 😅). While that’s such a blessing, I also hate having to turn people away — I know how much consistent massage care matters for your wellbeing.

That’s why I’m thrilled to announce that Redeeming Touch Massage is growing! Please help me welcome IsaBella Escario, LMT, from Nurtured Spirit Massage! 🎉

IsaBella is a former student of mine who graduated top 2 in her class (yes, she’s that good!). She’ll be offering mobile massage sessions under the RTM umbrella while continuing to build her own practice. Her schedule is now live on my booking site — and when you book with her, all payments go directly to her.

You might be asked to fill out a new intake form so she can track your progress, but everything else — scheduling, approvals, and communication — will still flow through RTM for your convenience.

IsaBella will be serving clients in:

📍 Bothell
📍 East Lynnwood
📍 South Everett
📍 South Snohomish

Appointments booked online are requests — once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you’re outside her travel area, we’ll let you know right away.
