Many of you have been with me since the beginning, and you’ve also witnessed another journey alongside my career — my relationship. I’m so excited to share that on August 22nd, I’m getting married! 🥂 I’ll be taking August 21–24 off to prepare and enjoy time with my new husband. 🥹

Im currently on a social media break. Not to worry though! I am still working, still learning, still growing.

I’ve had the pleasure of pouring my heart into every session, and connecting with every person to make one small change in their life to help make a big difference.

I just wanted to take a moment to share that although it’s a busy month, I am still working on making your experience at RTM the best one- every single time.

Spent the last three days learning about SMRT and how to use SMRT to treat regions of the head, neck, shoulders, forearms and hands.

It was a lot of information, and I will be applying these techniques throughout my sessions when appropriate and I just know it’s going to bring some results that we have been aching to see!

Sharing this weekend with 27 fellows has been pretty amazing. Everyone with different backgrounds of education, specialties, and even locations (a few traveled across the state and even across the county)!

This techniques offers a new sense of hope to those who have been struggling to reach that final part of recovery. I am so grateful for the experience. I even enjoyed my free time exploring Bellingham and stumbled across a Silent Disco at the marina! It was fun all around!

If there’s one thing about me I’d like for you to know, it’s that I will always “practice what I preach”.

Taking care of my body, investing my time and resources not just in servitude of myself, but for others, it is something I will always look towards finding ways to make it happen.

Today I ran around UW for Beat The Bridge for Breakthrough Type 1D. This was an 8k run, and a fundraising event.

This was my first time running more than a 5k (EVER!) and my first time running alone!

It takes a whole new level of mental strength to just go out and do things. This was not easy for me. This was HARD!

I am grateful for the conversations, tips, and words of encouragement I received along the way as I tried to incorporate some form of training, and as I got through my run today.

I will never ask or encourage you to try something that could be too challenging. The challenging part is temporary, but it’s the mental strength that sometimes we just need to work on together before we advance to the next phase.

That is the type of work I do. It’s not about Swedish massage or deep tissue. Those are simply techniques and tools that I can incorporate in my sessions. It is THIS that I enjoy the most. The learning. The growing. The patience to fail and try again. The set backs, and the comebacks. I promise that when I work with you, I will meet you exactly where you are, and I’ll proudly be part of your team to get you where you’d like to be.

So, here is proof that I did something hard. That I started and I finished!!

Just know, I will always listen to what you are saying, how you feel in your body, and help you to advocate for what it is you truly are needing.

I will also promise to challenge you at a pace that works for you, and that allows you to accomplish your goals while we work together.

I’m not a runner. I’m not a professional athlete, but I am a professional person who loves to try, will fail, and will LEARN on how to improve things.

Big Summer Updates!

As we welcome the warmer months, I wanted to share some important updates happening at Redeeming Touch Massage:

📅 New Schedule Starts in July
Beginning this July, I’ll be shifting my hours. Some pre-scheduled appointments will need to be adjusted, and I’ll personally reach out to help you find a new time that works with the updated availability.

✨ What’s New?
• Expanded hours on current weekdays (instead of 3 sessions a day, it will be 4!)

• Now offering limited extra Saturday & Sunday appointments for summer!

💳 Payment System Update – No Rate Increases
To avoid raising my rates, I’m switching to a more sustainable payment process:

• Card payments must be completed in person using a chip reader at your appointment.

• Invoices will only be available for direct bank transfers. This change helps minimize processing fees, keeping costs lower for everyone.

🚗 Travel Policy Reminder
To keep things efficient (and gas-friendly), I’ll now be staying within my established driving routes. I can no longer make exceptions.

For clients in Sammamish, Duvall, or Renton:
You can choose to:

• Transition to a trusted referral therapist I’ll happily recommend

• Or remain on my schedule with a travel fee adjustment

I snuck away for a few days to have some magical fun at Disneyland. Little did I know it was an elaborate plan in the making to get proposed to!

As I re-enter reality and working again, just know that I will be GIDDY!!! Your girl is a FIANCÉE!!

So grateful to have the most amazing clients in the world. Thank you for trusting me and letting me be part of your story. So grateful I get to share mine!

2025 Schedule Update:

Hello Tribe!

As many of you know, my Thursdays are off-limits from September to February due to my teaching schedule at Spectrum in Lake Stevens. I truly appreciate your understanding and support during these months, as it does limit my availability.

The good news? I'm actively helping new therapists develop their hands-on skills and techniques to better serve our communities. Even better, when my teaching schedule wraps up, the students will be working in the student clinic, which is now accepting appointments! They are offering sessions for just $40 for one hour or $80 for two hours. If you'd like to support this year's students, feel free to call the clinic at (425) 334-2154 to schedule.

As for my schedule, I’ll soon be opening up more in-home session slots on Thursdays. If you've been wanting to secure a regular spot with me, now is the time to book before I open my availability to the public. Just reply to this email, and I'll help get you set up!

Now, as we wrap up January and head into February, I’m officially in Big Climb training mode! I’m excited to share that this year, we’ve organized a special raffle as a way to thank you for your support. Goodbye 2024, Hello 2025!

I am so incredibly grateful for another wonderful year of doing what I love most: caring for you!

Many may see massage as just a sweet treat to enjoy at random from time to time, but many of you know that it is much more than that. Being able to provide you with consistent care to aid in your health and recovery has been my passion since I began Redeeming Touch Massage. I hope that 2025 continues to bring me new opportunities to learn more and expand in how (and who) I can help.

My schedule will see some new openings soon as my teaching schedule takes a break between March-September. So if you are itching to get on the schedule, keep your eyes open for new online scheduling opportunities soon!

This was a record breaking year for me as well on many levels and I can't wait to see what else we can accomplish together in this new year.

2024 Recap!

Thank you for making it through this far. I am just so grateful that I was able to spend this year reflecting on when the universe told me to SLOW DOWN; when the universe said to JUMP; and when the universe said to LOVE HARD. I hope you are doing the same to listen and to find your inner peace during every season of life. It will never happen with ease, but it will happen, so trust that you are on the right path to make the most of it!

You Asked, and Soon You Shall Receive!

Hello RTM community!

As most of you have experienced, at times my schedule is so full sneaking in an extra session, or getting on the schedule for both yourself and your support person has been extra hard.

After careful consideration, I have decided to open up 20 appointment dates in 2025. These openings will not be available to book online, but rather must be booked directly with me (see below).

To help maximize how many people I can help within a limited amount of options, the booking options will be 2.5 hour time blocks for $300. Single sessions will not be part of this option (unless you simply want to enjoy a 2 hour massage experience).

These dates are dedicated to help support couples, to provide a bonding experience for family members, to celebrate wins in life with friends, or to simply treat yourself with a luxurious 2 hour massage.

Whatever the occasion, I will bring everything to you, and will be with you for an hour of dedicated hands on time for each person during your 'Couples Massage'. I will also be including an activity or fun treat at each booked session just to add a little oomph to your experience!

While I do love a good deal, no additional discounts will be applied to this service as these are being held outside my regular workdays.
