Try the Zen Swing for energy, moving all parts of the body while mobilizing the fascia, and also getting some "Movement Meditation".
This gentle move is so healing for the entire length of the back. As you keep the eyes on the horizon, your spine is naturally curving laterally (side to side), massaging the vertebra.
The Zen Swing may decrease back and neck pain.
If done regularly, it may improve posture.
