I am a marriage and family therapist working with adult individuals and couples. I specialize in sex therapy. As humans, we're hardwired to love and be loved.

I use emotion focused therapy (EFT) in my practice and facilitate Hold Me Tight couple weekend retreats at www.northwestcouples.com I focus on many aspects of being human including depression, anxiety, life events, transitions and specialize in sexual health and intimacy. I'm committed to working with couples and individuals who are struggling with sexual health and intimacy skills.
