If you haven’t tried out a mom’s class and you need out of the house this winter, come check it out. We do the same workouts as the adult classes, it’s just more at your own pace depending on if you need to attend to a kid or not. If you aren’t a mom and just like this time for class you’re more than welcome to join in!

You get a good workout in and get moving while your kids get to play with all the other kids and burn off energy too! This is a win in my book!

With the changing of the new year comes some changes in class schedules. The following changes will be in place as of January 1st and are reflected on the Acuity scheduling app. Thanks for your understanding and as always, our class times/days may change again in the future along with demand and availability. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns at all.

Youth Training Class: The last day for this class is Tuesday December 30th. We are putting this class on hold as of the beginning of the year.

Athlete Training Classes: There are some adjustments in days and times that can be found on the Acuity app.

Fit Over 50 Classes: The Tuesday and Thursday classes will remain the same but the 5pm Wednesday class will be put on hold. The last day for this class is December 31st.

If you have ever attended any of our classes, we greatly appreciate getting the opportunity to work with you and hope to see you again as the new year rolls around.

My goal is to be more athletic than my children for as long as possible. Unfortunately, I’m getting more unathletic with age and they’re getting more athletic with age. But, I’ve got a head start because they don’t know I’m coming for them(don’t mind the fact I’m talking about 5, 4, and 0 year olds)!

There is a 1/4 zip sweatshirt that can be ordered, we just don’t have it pictured (it is a fan favorite). Also, we do have tshirts and some options already in stock at the clinic. Let us know if you’d like anything!

Muscle and strength loss after any surgery is inevitable. But, there are ways to minimize loss and give yourself the best chance at regaining it as quickly as possible. Blood Flow Restriction training has been around for a while and continues to be used in the high school, collegiate and professional settings.

This allows you to use a very light resistance, or no resistance at all, to minimize strain on the surgical area while helping build muscle as if you were lifting heavier. It’s a little bit of a work around to trick the body.

If you’ve used it, I’m sure you appreciate the burn!
