Tomorrow is the last day to get fair registration items in.
These items include:
Fairenty fair registration
Resume
Stall Form (animal exhibitors only)
Pet Ownership Forms (Pet exhibitors only)
Dog/Cat Vaccination Form
Raffle Tickets
YQCA (Animal exhibitors only. Cloverbuds do not need to take this)
4-H Online Animal Ownership/entry - (animal exhibitors only) Keep in mind if you need to add something after the May 1st deadline, our office will not be able to add/change anything with your animals. This will need to go through the state office so please get as much info as you can entered correctly for each of your animals.

Showing a Pet?
Don’t forget to fill out the Pet Ownership Form on our Google Drive. Your registration will not be complete until that form is submitted.

Dog & Cat Exhibitors
All vaccination forms for dogs and cats must be submitted to our office before the show on Monday, June 15th. Animals without vaccination records will not be allowed on the grounds.

Animal Exhibitors
All 4-H members showing an animal exhibit (besides pets) will need to turn in a stall form that is found on our google drive. This is also due May 1st and your registration will not be complete without it.

Already Registered?
Thank you! Please double-check your email to make sure your registration wasn’t rejected. If it was, the email will explain why and what needs to be fixed. Rejected projects must be corrected and resubmitted ASAP.

No Late Entries
May 1st is a hard deadline. After that date, no new animals or exhibits can be added. The system will close, and our office will not be able to override it. We can help with things like changing tag numbers, but adding exhibits after the deadline is not allowed.

Don't Wait Until the Last Minute!
If you’re entering many projects, the registration process can take time. Start early to avoid last-minute stress!

4-H families please check your emails! If you received an email from our office last night this means we are missing registrations from you for fair. If you are planning on not showing, either let us know or disregard those emails. The deadline is May 1st. There will be no exceptions for raffle tickets, registrations, or resume, pet ownership, or stall forms. We need all this info to start fair prep so please get this in to us asap. We are here until 5pm on Friday so if you have raffle money that needs to be turned in you will need to get that to us before 5pm on Friday. If you have questions on what you are missing please reach out.
