I have been craving greens lately! And this sure did hit the spot. Totally and totally . This food will keep you full and satiated, loading you up with lots of energy to take on today! 🥬

I loaded up this bowl with brussel sprouts, mushrooms and onions over top fresh spinach and jasmine rice. I topped it all off with some guac, cant go wrong with that! 🥑

Avocado provides omega-3’s, healthy fats that are good for your heart and your brain. Mushrooms improve immune function, high in iron and fiber, and packed with antioxidants. Onions 🧅 improve your gut health, have antibacterial properties and they are packed with nutrients- making them nutrient dense. Brussel sprouts have lots of fiber! Good for digestion and are anti inflammatory and can improve blood sugar levels. Talk about eating !!

Este plato es . Cocine muchos incluyendo hongos 🍄, cebolla 🧅 y colds de bruselas. Estos vegetales tienen muchos y bueno para el cuerpo . Son anti inflammatorio, antibacterial, contienen fibra y hierro, y muchos antioxidantes y nutrientes buenos para mejorar la sistema inmunológico. Los vegetales las servir sobre espinaca fresxa y arroz de Jasmine. Que ! Buen provecho 👌

Cold Day = Yummy Foods !! Green Lentil Rotini with sautéed vegetables and a homemade cheese sauce. Its hard to find a tasty gluten-free pasta, and this one didn’t disappoint! The one I used was Green Lentil Rotini. I sautéed yellow peppers 🌶, onions, and lacianto kale 🥬. This dish is packed with flavor AND nutrients! I added a little garlic powder and cajun seasoning (my new fav ⭐️) and let it cook. I cooked my pasta and once that was done, I started the 🧀 sauce. I used oat milk as a base, and added a little butter, 1 slice of mild cheddar and 1/4 cup of shredded mexican cheese. I added a little sprinkle of Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour from to thicken the sauce. I then added the veggies and pasta into the sauce, finished it with a little red pepper and cajun and voila ! ✨ *

* This pasta has 11 grams of fiber per serving, thats per 3 ounces! Its also packed with protein and iron. Its nutritious and . Yellow pepper has vitamin C and lots of fiber and antioxidants, onions are great for digestion and can lower blood sugar and kale 🥬 is a super food! Lots of protein and antioxidants and anti cancer compounds. This was a tasty treat!*

* Esta pasta fue deliciosa! La hice con salsa de queso hecho en casa. Cocine pimienta, cebolla, y 🥬 kale . Use polvo de ajo 🧄 y cajun. hace pasta diferentes que no tienen gluten, yo use la de lentejas verdes. Que delicia! La salsa la hice con leche de avena, mantequilla, polvo de ajo y cajun, arina de gluten free, y 1 pedaso de queso Cheddar y una tasa de Queso mejicana. Te digo, no me quedo mal! 😋 *
