I cried moments before taking this video because it’s so hard to actually put into words what is happening in the world right now. People are being stripped from their families and we have no idea where they are or if they’re alive. ICE commits crimes with no repercussions. They are dehumanizing people of color. They are assaulting immigrants AND citizens.

People are and have been on house arrest for some time now in fear of being kidnapped, taken from their families, murdered, and/or assaulted. It’s time to do SOMETHING about it. Doing nothing is a privilege. Please choose empathy and donate even $1 to help these families that can’t afford to “do nothing”.

Washburn High School is in Minneapolis, MN, not far from where Renee Good was murdered. Kids haven’t been going to school or extracurriculars in fear of ICE. ICE has been going door to door there asking to see papers. They aren’t just arrested the undocumented, they’re kidnapping US Citizens and threatening or killing anyone that tries to get in the way.

Do you have trouble taking a deep breath? The diaphragm is a muscle that lays under our rib cage that helps us breathe. Sometimes the muscle can get really tight (often due to postural issues) and it can be difficult for your body to expand and contract it. In this video, I will show you how to release the diaphragm.
