✨ I get it, it might sound unconventional…

✨ Human waste…

✨ Treated as something sacred?!?

✨ When the Earth absorbs the fluids from our bodies, our DNA codes seamlessly integrate into the core of the Earth.

✨ Once the Earth assimilates our DNA, it reciprocates by providing precisely what our bodies need in our immediate surroundings.

🌎 This symbiotic connection, that was once cherished, faces near extinction in the wake of modern living.

🌎 In the past, the earth absorbed 100% of our bodily fluids, but nowadays, by the time our fluids reach the earth, they're laden with chemicals to "facilitate" decomposition.

🌎 Yet, the earth doesn’t require our assistance for this. She perfectly was designed to absorb every aspect of our existence, from birth to waste and even the decomposition of our flesh after death.

Did you know I offer 1:1 energy healing sessions with my clients in the salon, at my private practice in Dripping Springs AND virtually online.

In both ancient times + in the future -
energy healers + shamans will be working hand in hand with doctors of all kinds to help people HEAL HOLISTICALLY. (we’re already seeing this happening)

Energy is not bound by space nor time and goes far beyond the unseen world + melds into every aspect of our physical existence

✨no risk; no magic✨
✨ever heard that saying?
✨i’ve tested this concept too many times to count
✨to the point that now- i simply hold the vision + trust
✨what i’ve learned is:
✨when we take risks that are in alignment with our soul purpose + the expansion of consciousness
✨the entire universe aligns to support our evolution
✨we are rewarded beyond imagination + attract so much magic into our lives
(soon i’ll share some of my experiences with this)
✨obviously, i’m not saying take just any risk or be reckless
✨our job is to hold the vision for our future selves + take the risks, that we have to take, to get us there
✨what keeps coming back to your mind’s eye when you think of your future self?
✨what risks come up when you think of action that needs to be taken- to get you there?
✨what is preventing you from taking that chance?
✨what would it look like if you didn’t take the risk?

Horsetail🌿✨ for centuries has been known as *THE herb* for hair, skin + nails

Horsetail got this reputation due to high amounts of a specific mineral called silica.

Silica supports healthy collagen production which strengthens + improves elasticity in the skin, giving you that *GLOW* from the inside out.

Horsetail can significantly increase hair growth, reduce shedding + give hair a SHiNiER reflection.

A few ways to use horsetail:

🌿Add 5 drops of horsetail tincture to 2 tbsps avocado oil + massage into scalp. Let sit for minimum of 30 minutes as a hair + scalp treatment

🌿Add two tbsps of dried horsetail to 1 quart of boiling water. Let steep for 5-10 minutes + cool. Strain + drink over the next 24 hours

🌿Add two tbsps of dried horsetail to 1 quart of boiling water. Let steep for 5-10 minutes + cool. Strain + pour over clean hair. Do not rinse out, allow hair to air dry.

✨the eclipse energy, in combination with this special time of year, makes it a very potent time for getting into deeper alignment with our core values, shedding anything that’s keeping us small + claiming the expansiveness that is our life’s purpose

✨this is a magical time to work with your dreams, daydreams + “random thoughts” that come through while doing the most mundane of activities like washing dishes or driving - cause these messages are the DIRECT CHANNEL between us + divinity itself✨

🕯️It’s normal as humans- we all experience trauma - sometimes it’s something big, something obvious, something utterly life changing + other times it can be as small as a comment made about your body or personality said in passing by a friend; that sends a little part of ourselves running for the hills.

When this happens a part of ourselves actually leaves in order to take a less of a hit.

This is a basic survival instinct thats occurs naturally to keep us safe + make it easier to integrate the trauma that it is to be human.

In psychology they call this disassociation + in shamanism we call it Soul Loss.

🕯️Things that could cause soul loss:
-Death of a loved one
-Any type of abuse
-Change in job
-Break up/ divorce/ ending of friendship
-Moving
-Natural Disaster
-A nasty comment about your body

✨Let’s talk about maintaining thick + luscious hair✨

✨Most people don’t know this but the majority of hair loss is caused by lack of blood flow to the scalp!

🪞✨Hair brushing increases circulation and wakes up all those little blood cells that nourish your hair follicles. If your hair follicles aren’t getting the proper nutrients they need, just like anything else, they won’t survive.
