Michelle Amacker isn’t just a healthcare provider — she’s the local owner behind four AFC Urgent Care clinics in Boulder County, including Louisville, Boulder, Baseline, and Longmont. 🏔️

Michelle started in healthcare back in 2006 and became a certified Nurse Practitioner in 2012. After working at various urgent care clinics, it was her experience at AFC in Denver that lit the spark — she saw what compassionate, efficient care could really look like. When she realized AFC was a franchise, she followed her dream of ownership and opened her first clinic in 2019.

Since then, Michelle has built something truly special. She believes that exceptional patient care starts by pouring into her people. Her greatest joy as a Colorado business owner is building teams who feel valued, supported, and inspired — because when staff thrive, patients feel the difference. ❤️
